Supraja Career Counseling and Professional Placement
At Supraja, we believe that every teacher deserves the best career advice and support available. In order to give all our students and alumni the services they need, we have partnered with TREE Learning, an organization dedicated to helping teachers grow in their careers.
For Supraja students and alumni:
As our career services partner, TREE will provide all Supraja students with the following services:
- Workshops on career readiness:
o Building a successful career in education: Ethics, Networks, and Learning
o How to create a strong resume
o Interview skills
o Salary Negotiation - Individualised career counseling:
Each Supraja student will be required to meet with a TREE counsellor to discuss his/her career aspirations and plans. - Placement services:
TREE will send profiles of Supraja candidates to interested schools and coordinate the placement process.
All services are also open to Supraja (formerly Navadisha) alumni.

How do you reach out to Supraja graduates?
If you are a school that would like to hire students and/or alumni from Supraja, TREE will be delighted to help you find the talent you need. The steps you need to follow are listed below:
- Email link@treelearning.co.in and express your interest in hiring from Supraja. Please share all necessary contact information in the email. (name, phone number, school)
- The TREE specialist will send you TREE’s contract with our terms and conditions. Please read it carefully and send a signed version to TREE OR send TREE an email acknowledging that you have read the terms and conditions and agree to them.
- The TREE specialist will contact you to discuss your requirements, and then she will send you appropriate profiles.
- At every step of the way, the TREE specialist will be there to answer your questions, share appropriate profiles, and coordinate the hiring process as needed.
