As a part of this partnership, the TREE team conducted a practical workshop for our trainees at this stage of their training when they are thinking seriously about their employment opportunities. The reflective session guided students through possible school expectations and presented case studies to help them approach interviews with confidence. The workshop encouraged our trainees to view their entry into the workplace not simply as securing a job, but as the beginning of a meaningful and long-term career in education. The session helped our students to feel supported and prepared.
