All Montessori educators have had moments of self-doubt in which they have questioned if they should act or step back. How do we decide if we should intervene? How do we read the signs? How do we support the beginnings of deep engagement? It is important for us to explore strategies and subtly shift our practice to make room for the children to arrive at their own work of creating the future adult.
