Support staff play a quiet but powerful role in shaping the children’s experiences. Every member of the Montessori community contributes to the child’s growth, and by empowering the adults who support daily life in the Casa, we strengthen the entire school community — fostering harmony, consistency, and a shared understanding of the Montessori approach. This workshop will provide practical tools to help staff support children’s growing independence and create an environment in which self-confidence can naturally flourish. It also honours their vital role, helping them see the lasting impact of their presence. When every adult feels confident and valued, the whole community flourishes.
